Gentle Detangling
Curly hair tends to tangle easily, especially after a night's sleep or active play.
Use a wide-toothed comb or your fingers to gently detangle knots when the hair is wet and coated with conditioner. Start at the very ends and work your way up to the roots to avoid tugging at the roots and causing damage to the hair. Our detangling spray is perfect for making hair care a breeze!
This is the stage where you comb the hair into place as once they hop out of the bath/shower it’s best to not comb again at the risk of making the hair frizzy.
the 'Squish' Technique:
After applying the conditioner, try the "Squish" technique.
Gently scrunch the hair while it's still wet to encourage the curls to form and retain their shape. This method helps prevent frizz and creates defined curls.
Leave the hair wet to style
Curly hair loves moisture so using a towel to dry the hair, can cause the hair to frizz or lose its formation. Leaving the hair wet and applying the products straight into it without drying, will create a more hydrated and defined curl.

Children’s hair in the mornings can often resemble a bird’s nest. We recommend wetting the hair back down and using the Curl Spray to re-define. If it requires detangling, spray the hair down and use a wide-tooth comb along with the detangling spray for the perfect boost.
