None of our products are tested on animals.
What age are the products suitable for?
We generally recommend our products for children aged 2 and up. For those under 2, their scalps are more sensitive, so we recommend performing a patch test first.
Are your curly hair products suitable for the Curly Girl Method?
Yes, our curly haircare products are aligned with the Curly Girl Method. They are formulated without sulfates, silicones, and parabens, making them a great choice for maintaining healthy, curly hair.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll be happy to make the changes or cancel it for you. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations, but we'll do our best to assist you.

I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?

Returns
How do I return an item?

Do you accept refunds?
At Little Lane, we prioritise your satisfaction with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@littlelanehaircare.com within 14 days of receiving your order for resolution.
For returns, we recommend contacting us to initiate the process. Please ship the products using a registered postal service at your expense. You assume the risk for lost or damaged items during transit, so we advise using a secure delivery method and obtaining insurance. Upon receiving the returned items, we'll process your refund.
In the rare event of receiving a broken, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at hello@littlelanehaircare.com within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the product. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement item.

Can I track my parcel online?
Yes, you can track your parcel online! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Cairns, Australia within 2 days of placement, Monday through Friday via Australia Post.Â
Please note that global supply chain challenges may cause longer shipping times than usual.
Delivery times vary, with 1-7 business days for major cities and 6-10 business days for regional areas. Actual delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.
